Broccoli Whole Grain Penne Pasta Salad Shaker2018-01-05
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water, chill to below 40ºF.
Toss all ingredients together until well incorporated. Place in pasta shaker containers. Cover, label with date, time and initials.
Chill salad shakers to below 40ºF.
- 6 lbs. 4 oz. Whole Grain Penne
- 7.5 lbs. Barilla Broccoli Florets, Cut into ½ “ pieces
- 3 lbs. Bacon Pieces
- 12 oz. Red Onion, Small Dice
- 2 lbs. Raisins
- 2 lbs. Sunflower Seeds
- 2 ½ qts Light Mayo
- 2 ½ cups Sugar
- 1 ½ cups White Vinegar
