Broccoli Whole Grain Penne Pasta Salad Shaker

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water, chill to below 40ºF.

Step 2

Toss all ingredients together until well incorporated. Place in pasta shaker containers. Cover, label with date, time and initials.

Step 3

Chill salad shakers to below 40ºF.


  • 6 lbs. 4 oz. Whole Grain Penne
  • 7.5 lbs. Barilla Broccoli Florets, Cut into ½ “ pieces
  • 3 lbs. Bacon Pieces
  • 12 oz. Red Onion, Small Dice
  • 2 lbs. Raisins
  • 2 lbs. Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 ½ qts Light Mayo
  • 2 ½ cups Sugar
  • 1 ½ cups White Vinegar
