Sweet Soy Spaghetti Bowl

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 2

Heat oil in large sauté pan over high heat. Add garlic, ginger and green onions and sauté for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.

Step 3

Add spinach and toss with garlic mixture just until spinach is wilted.

Step 4

Whisk together Kecap Manis, water and sambal.

Step 5

Drain pasta and add to spinach mixture, toss until well combined. Add Kecap Manis mixture and toss well.

Step 6

Serve immediately or hold above 140 ºF.

  • 1 cup Canola Oil
  • 1 cup Garlic, Minced
  • 1 cup Ginger, Minced or Puree
  • 2 cups Green Onions, Sliced
  • 6 Lbs 4 oz Spinach
  • 1 cup Kecap Manis (Sweet Soy Sauce)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sambal
