Sweet Soy Spaghetti Bowl2018-01-17
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Heat oil in large sauté pan over high heat. Add garlic, ginger and green onions and sauté for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
Add spinach and toss with garlic mixture just until spinach is wilted.
Whisk together Kecap Manis, water and sambal.
Drain pasta and add to spinach mixture, toss until well combined. Add Kecap Manis mixture and toss well.
Serve immediately or hold above 140 ºF.
- 6 Lbs 4 oz Whole Grain Spaghetti, Barilla
- 1 cup Canola Oil
- 1 cup Garlic, Minced
- 1 cup Ginger, Minced or Puree
- 2 cups Green Onions, Sliced
- 6 Lbs 4 oz Spinach
- 1 cup Kecap Manis (Sweet Soy Sauce)
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sambal
