Instructions

Step 1

Greek Yogurt Tzatziki Directions:

Make tzatziki by whisking together yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon, minced garlic, kosher salt and black pepper.

Step 3

Cover, label with date, time and initials.

Step 4

Chill to below 40ºF.

Step 5

Whole Grain Penne Greek Salad Pasta Shaker Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 7

Drain pasta and rinse with cold water, chill to below 40ºF.

Step 8

Layer ingredients in the shaker container as follows: Pasta, tzatziki, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives and Feta cheese.

Step 9

Cover, label with date, time and initials.

Step 10

Chill salad shakers to below 40ºF.

  • 7Lbs 13 oz Cucumber, Diced
  • 16.5 Lbs Kalamata Olives, Sliced
  • 1 Lbs Kalamata Olives, Sliced
  • 1 Lbs Feta Cheese
  • 6 Lbs 4 oz Greek Yogurt Tzatziki, Prepped
