Instructions

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water, chill to below 40ºF.

Step 2

Toss all ingredients together. Place inside salad shaker container.

Step 3

Cover, label with date, time and initials. Chill salad shakers to below 40ºF.

  • 6 Lbs 4 oz Whole Grain Spaghetti, Barilla
  • 6 Lbs 4 oz Roasted Chicken, Shredded
  • 5.5 Lbs Carrots, Shredded
  • 5.5 Lbs Cabbage, Shredded
  • 7 Lbs 13 oz Cucumbers, Sliced
  • 6 cups Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 cup Canola Oil
  • 1 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 12.5 cups Sweet Chili Sauce
