Whole Grain Thai Spaghetti Salad2018-01-17
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water, chill to below 40ºF.
Toss all ingredients together. Place inside salad shaker container.
Cover, label with date, time and initials. Chill salad shakers to below 40ºF.
- 6 Lbs 4 oz Whole Grain Spaghetti, Barilla
- 6 Lbs 4 oz Roasted Chicken, Shredded
- 5.5 Lbs Carrots, Shredded
- 5.5 Lbs Cabbage, Shredded
- 7 Lbs 13 oz Cucumbers, Sliced
- 6 cups Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
- 1 cup Canola Oil
- 1 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 12.5 cups Sweet Chili Sauce
