Baked Smokehouse Pasta

Instructions

Step 1

1. Combine 9 oz. of penne with 4 oz. of white sauce, and 6 oz. of pulled short rib; mix well.

Step 2

2. Microwave for 1 ½ min.

Step 3

3. Remove from the microwave and top with a ¼ C. of mixed cheese.

Step 4

4. Place through the impinge (broiler) for 15-30 seconds.

Step 5

5. Remove from the broiler and top with green onions.

Step 6

6. Add grilled toast.

  • 3 lb. Barilla Penne Pasta, par-cooked
  • 22 oz. White Sauce
  • 32 oz. Pulled Short Rib, cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups Mixed cheese (cheddar and mozzarella), shredded
  • 5 tbsp. Green onion, sliced thin
  • 5 pc. Grilled toast
